It has everything you need for tiny living and is only 10-15 minutes to major malls and downtown area (about $12-$18 uber ride to the Aquarium, Lookouts, Coolidge park, etc.) Although the loft area can be a tight ascend / descend there is a brand new comfortable queen size bed to rest your head. If the loft sleeping is not your thing feel free to pull out the downstairs sofa for a twin size bed.

The pool is typically opened between March-April and closed between October-November. Although it is weather dependent, which usually gives us a longer pool season. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are also provided The private dock is available for guests to use. It is important to note that use of the boat or any other watercraft (jetski, sea-doo) is not permitted. Many surrounding marinas do have boats for daily rentals. This is a family run property that we still use as our family lake house--Please treat it as you would your own home! For the most part, you will be in contact with Haven, who manages the property. We all live in Chattanooga, but love to get away from the hustle and bustle to relax at our lake house. Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The room we are offering is a great size and has its own entrance with a private bathroom. We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We are opening our cozy finished basement with a separate entrance and private bathroom. It is fully furnished and a delightful space with a comfortable queen bed and a big couch that can be an awesome nap spot (not a pull out) also we can provide a queen size air mattress if necessary so we could accommodate 4 people comfortably. This is our home so you may hear some footsteps and us moving around but we will be as quiet as possible; just thought you should be aware. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator that is stocked with soda and water. Snacks are also provided in case you feel like nibbling on something. Access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. We are only 15 min from Chester Frost Park which has a swimming beach and some water sports that can be rented. Also very close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and The Incline Railway. The Tennessee Aquarium is a fun place to go and only minutes away. Lots of hiking trails and fun things to do including Coolige Park. We are also 15 minutes from where the Ironman begins. Camp Jordan has an amazing light show during the Christmas season as well.
